I started in SEO in 2009 — in the era of link spam, keyword stuffing, and shortcuts to results. Over that time, I watched every Google update rewrite the rules while the market kept selling tactics as strategy. That gap between promises and reality shaped my entire approach.
Over 15+ years, I've built SEO systems for startups and large companies, managed teams of 3 to 30+ specialists, and helped businesses expand into UA, EU, US, and LATAM markets. The key conclusion: most search problems are not SEO problems. They are problems of strategy, prioritization, and process.
